The Shrewsbury Water and Sewer Division is responding to a water main break near Route 20 and Clews Street. Water service in the area has been shut off and is expected to remain off for 6–8 hours during emergency repairs.
According to the agency, residents nearby may experience discolored water or low pressure once service is restored. Running cold water from an outdoor or downstairs faucet is recommended to clear the lines.
