On October 13, 2020, Dan -as is known to his friends- went in for a very challenging surgery to remove a slow-growing brain tumor, that unfortunately has led to complications and an up-hill recovery process.
A crowdfunding campaign was created to support the family of four during the recovery process, as Michelle is working and taking care of the children. Dan has been in the ICU at Brigham and Women’s Hospital for the last four weeks, the family said.
Since the campaign started, more than $ 14,000 has been raised.
