Town of Hull moves parking permits and visitor passes to online-only system

HULL, Mass.- The Town of Hull has transitioned to an online-only system for the sale of restricted parking permits and visitor parking passes, eliminating in-person applications.

The new payment platform, provided by City Hall Systems Inc., is scheduled to launch Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at approximately 12 p.m.

Residents and visitors can access the secure portal at epay.cityhallsystems.com by selecting “Hull” from the municipality search menu.

Applicants must submit required documentation during the process, including a vehicle registration or property/excise tax bill. Additional documentation may be required for leased vehicles or vehicles registered to businesses. Once submitted, applicants will receive a confirmation email, and approved permits and passes will be mailed to the address provided.

Restricted resident parking permits and visitor passes cost $20. Senior residents aged 65 and older are eligible for discounted permits at $10 with valid identification. Veterans with a DD Form 214 or military identification, as well as active-duty military members with valid credentials, may obtain permits at no cost. Residents with a disabled or handicap placard may also qualify for one free permit per vehicle with appropriate documentation.

Unless otherwise posted, restricted parking permits and visitor passes are required on residential streets throughout the town under Hull’s parking plan.
