
PITTSFIELD, Mass.- Terry Martizna is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Pittsfield that left one man dead and another injured on Thursday, June 18, 2026, authorities said.
The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Pittsfield resident Justin Crawford. Officials confirmed his family has been notified. The shooting occurred near the intersection of Pleasure Avenue and Tyler Street and involved two victims, one of whom died from his injuries.
On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, the Pittsfield Police Department announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for 35-year-old Terry Martizna, charging him with one count of murder. The warrant was obtained following what investigators described as an extensive investigation led by the Pittsfield Police Department, with assistance from the Massachusetts State Police, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department, other agencies, and in coordination with the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office.
Authorities said Martizna should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Pittsfield Police Department at 413-448-9700.
