FRAMINGHAM, Mass.- Derrick Todd, 52, a former doctor at Charles River Medical Associates, has been indicted on multiple sexual assault charges involving eleven female patients. The Middlesex County Grand Jury charged him with three counts of rape and seventeen counts of indecent assault and battery.
According to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, Todd allegedly took advantage of his patients’ trust, performing unnecessary or inappropriate pelvic and breast exams, sometimes under the guise of medical treatments he was not qualified to provide. Victims are reported to have ranged in age from 20 to 60.
Todd is set to be arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court on March 25, 2026. This case follows previous charges in January 2025 involving two other patients. Investigators from the Framingham Police Department and the District Attorney’s Office are handling the case, with victim advocates assisting those affected.
