The town’s Water and Sewer Division announced a scheduled water service interruption on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, to allow for necessary work at the Maple Avenue pump station.
The interruption is expected to occur between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., affecting homes along Maple Avenue from approximately #342 to Van Ness Avenue. Nearby streets, including Beacon Street, Beach Road, and Wolcott Road, may also experience service disruptions during this period.
Residents in and around the affected area may notice reduced water pressure or temporary discoloration as a result of the shutdown.
