Vega, a 30-year-old non-verbal individual on the autism spectrum, was spotted last at 67 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury morning on Friday, February 10.
According to the law enforcement agency, Vega was dressed in a long black coat, black sweatpants, and work boots.
