Enjoy with family and neighbors the start of the most wonderful time of the year at the 2022 Shrewsbury Yuletide Market and Light the Common.
The market -which brought 3,000+ attendees last year- will feature vendors with food, beverages for all ages, strolling carolers, music, and festive treats, including the Shrewsbury Fire Department’s “Fire House Chili”, mulled wine from the Shrewsbury Rotary club, and a beer garden from the Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company.
The event is brought to you by the Shrewsbury Town Center Association (STCA), and will take place on Saturday, December 3, from 4 to 8 pm on the Town Common and Chiampa Funeral Home. The market will start at 4 pm, and the Light the Common will at 4:45 pm.
“This event has become a much-anticipated day for the community to come together and celebrate the season with friends and family,” said Moira Miller, event co-chair.
“We are very excited to welcome back many of our vendors and food trucks and are especially happy to have the Greater Good back by popular demand,” added Maribeth Lynch, STCA President and event co-chair.
Admission is free for all. Pets are not allowed per Board of Health regulations, according to the organizers.
Free parking will be available at the First Congregational Church, the Shrewsbury Public Library, and the former Beal School.
