Starting Monday, July 22nd, 2019, Shrewsbury residents will get a free curbside collection service for pre-used clothing, shoes, accessories, and small household items.

The service works like this: each residence will receive a mailer with one pink bag from Simple Recycling, the bag must be placed on the normal collection day, and a Simple Recycling Truck will pick it up.

All clothing, coats and jackets, jewelry, shoes, purses, hats, toys, blankets, drapes/curtains, pillows, sleeping bags, tools, silverware, dishes, pots/pans, and backpacks; are the items residents can place in the recycling bags.

For additional bags or questions, the Shrewsbury Post invite you to visit simplerecycling.com, call 866-835-5068, or email [email protected].
