Reference imageThe town of Shrewsbury announced that Pay As You Throw (PAYT) users will be allowed to use an additional trash bag to be collected for free from December 26th to December 30th.
The traditional free bag pick-up is a “small token of appreciation” for all the Shrewsbury PAYT users who have made the PAYT Program a success in 2017, according to the local government.
This mean that any PAYT user in Shrewsbury could use any kind of additional trash bag, up to 35 gallons, during this time period for the purposes of discarding holiday wrapping paper and Styrofoam.
