The Shrewsbury Historical Society is hosting a presentation at their main site on December 14th. Presented by Tom Kelleher (Historian and Curator of Mechanical Arts at Old Sturbridge Village), the presentation revolves around the architecture and history of the early households in New England, which were much smaller than the average of the time. The so-called “tiny houses” are barely around anymore, but Old Sturbridge Village decided to build one based on old models.

The event is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served. The address is: Shrewsbury Historical Society, Church Road, Shrewsbury, MA, at 7PM next Wednesday. Any questions should be addressed to Erik at 1 (774) 230-5826.
