“Starbucks Corporation Logo 2011” by Source. Licensed under Fair use via WikipediaGrossman Development Group (GDG) announced that Starbucks and Burton’s Grill are new tenants of Lakeway Commons, the project at the former Spags property. Whole Foods was the first tenant of the project.
Recently at a special Shrewsbury Town Meeting, the Shrewsbury Government approved the block off and discontinue of the Baker Avenue as a public way, in order to facilitate the development of the project.
According to GDG more tenant announcements are expecting soon.
