The Y.O.U. Inc. Fall Pops Concert Fundraiser is to Benefit the Cottage Hill Academy Playground Fund.
Youth Opportunities Upheld Inc. (YOU Inc.) is hosting a benefit Pops Concert featuring the Youth Ensemble of New England, an accomplished youth orchestra that has toured throughout the United States, Europe and Iceland. Directed by Dr. Connie Rittenhouse Drexler, the ensemble brings a youthful energy to its repertoire, with dynamic performances to entertain people of all ages. The venue features musical selections from the baroque period to present day.
These talented young musicians are volunteering their time to raise funds for less fortunate youth, and we invite the public to be a part of this important effort by attending this family concert event. Tickets are just $10 and children under 18 accompanied by an adult will be admitted free of charge. Youth Opportunities Upheld, Inc. is a private, non-profit child welfare and behavioral health organization serving at-risk children, adolescents and families in the Worcester county area since 1971. Proceeds from the concert will go directly towards the purchase and installation of a playground at Cottage Hill Academy, a YOU Inc. residential program for children ages 7-17.
